All Auto and Truck Parts – Policy Overview
Warranty Policy
We offer a 30 to 60-day limited parts warranty from the date of delivery. Warranty coverage is for parts only — labor, installation, diagnostic, or incidental charges are not covered.
- Eligibility: The part must be installed within 10 days of delivery for warranty to remain valid.
- Exclusions: Warranty is void if the product is tampered with, improperly installed, or used outside manufacturer specifications.
- Proof Required: A written inspection or diagnostic report from a certified mechanic is required for all warranty claims.
Installation Requirement
The part must be installed within 10 calendar days of delivery. Failure to do so may void the warranty.
Order Cancellation
Cancellations must be requested on the same day the order is placed.
- Same-Day Cancellation: No fee if shipping label has not been created.
- Late Cancellation (Post-label creation):
- 30% cancellation fee
- Shipping charges (if any) will not be refunded
- Restocking fee applies
- All cancellations must be submitted via email and confirmed by phone with our customer service team.
Return Policy
- Mechanical Parts: Returns accepted within 10 calendar days of delivery.
- Body Parts: Returns accepted within 7 calendar days of delivery.
- Not Returnable: Items purchased for testing, diagnostics, trial, or fitment checks are non-returnable.
- Defective or Damaged Shipments: Must be reported immediately upon receipt before initiating a dispute or chargeback.
- Customers must contact All Auto and Truck Parts LLC first to address any issues before initiating third-party resolutions.
Refund Policy
- Parts must be returned within 10 business days from delivery for any refund consideration.
- Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after the returned part is received and inspected.
- The following are non-refundable:
- Original shipping cost
- State tax
- 4% payment transaction fee
- Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
- For mechanical parts, a detailed inspection report from a certified technician is required.
Shipping Policy
- Prices may be adjusted to reflect carrier surcharges or special handling requirements.
- If a liftgate service is required at delivery and no forklift is available, you will be charged for liftgate use. Failure to pay liftgate fees will void the warranty.
- Delays caused by carriers are not within our liability, but we will work with you to resolve any issues.
Authorization & Purchase Agreement
By placing an order, you agree to all terms listed herein. This includes warranty conditions, shipping charges, return/refund terms, and liability limitations.
- Authorizations made via electronic signature, email response (“Approved/Authorized”), or invoice acknowledgment are legally binding.
- Hard copy agreements must be signed, scanned, and returned to invoice@allautoandtruckparts.com.

Fees and Service Charges
We reserve the right to charge fees, commissions, or platform service charges. Usage of this site constitutes acceptance of current and future pricing policies.

Payment Security

Data Sharing
We reserve the right to:
- Share anonymized or aggregated data with vendors
- Utilize data for fraud prevention, analytics, and performance improvement
- Retain data unless deletion is legally mandated
Third-Party Products
All product disputes must be handled directly with the vendor. We do not accept liability for vendor misrepresentation or manufacturing defects.
Non-Disparagement Clause
You agree not to make defamatory statements (written, oral, digital) against the company. Violators may face civil and contractual consequences.
Content Policy / DMCA
We comply with DMCA. Any illegal content will be removed, and abusers may be banned and reported.
Security Acknowledgment
We follow industry best practices, but no system is 100% secure. By using the site, you accept all associated risks.
Jurisdiction
All data is stored in the United States and governed exclusively by U.S. law. We do not operate under GDPR, PIPEDA, or similar foreign data laws.
Indemnification
You agree to defend and indemnify All Auto and Truck Parts LLC against any legal claims related to your use of our platform, including legal fees and damages.
Violation Sanctions
We reserve the right to:
- Suspend your account
- Ban your IP/device
- Report you to law enforcement
- Pursue legal remedies
Children’s Data
This website is not intended for users under 13 years old. Any such data collected will be deleted upon discovery.
Dispute Resolution
All disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Wilmington, Delaware, under AAA rules. You waive:
- Class action rights
- Out-of-state jurisdiction
- Punitive damages
- Claims older than 12 months

Disclaimer
Antenna
Antennas are sold as a unit. However, the mounting is not covered under warranty.
Axle Assembly
The unit is sold from hub to hub. We do not guarantee on any kind of bushing, bearings and sensors. There is no warranty on the backing plates as they are sold separate. If the Assembly does not shift gears or has a leak, All Auto And Truck Parts Inc replaces the unit on the whole.
Axle Shaft
This unit is sold without bearings and bushings. If they come with these, they are not under warranty.
Air Cleaner Box/Housing
Sold as the housing only but the hose or Tube is no covered under the warranty.
Anti Brake Parts
Most of the unit are sold as assembly but few vehicle these parts are sold separately like Pump, module, master cylinder and Booster.
A/C Compressor
The Compressor and the clutch is may or may not be sold together, however, we do not warranty on the clutch.
Airbox/Air cleaner
The box is sold without the filter inside. Sold as housing only.
Axle Beam
This unit is sold with the correct measurement. Should there be any mismatch in the length due to some modification from the customer; The Auto Part Store has the rights to hold 25% Restocking fees for returns.
Back Glass
This is termed fragile and is sold to the neighboring states only.
Body Parts
Most of the body part might have slight cosmetic defects as per the age of the vehicle, However Customer can't expect the ordered part to be in a mint condition, We All Auto And Truck Parts we don't promise on color but in some case we accept special request on color, However we don't warranty on the Shade of the color and Customer cant sent the part back coz of the color mis-match. All the body parts are sold after the pictures are approved from the customer. Every body part is sold without the hardware. There must be special request for the hardware. The hinges are however not under warranty. There must be special request placed for inner panels, Fender flares, eyebrows, hardware, color match (but not shades)
Bell Housing
This unit is sold with an exact specification and description of the vehicle. If the bell housing is along with the transmission, we do not guarantee.
Short Blocks
Short blocks are sold to be rebuild able units only
Carburetor
Sold as Rebuildable unit only.
Electrical Parts
All Electrical Parts is sold without the wiring harness.
CD Player/Radio
The unit is sold without the wiring harness.
Cylinder Head
Cylinder Head may need to be re-machined by replacing cams, valves, rings etc. But we warranty only the head not to be Cracked or Warped.
Differential
The unit is sold with the exact gear ratio and it's only the chunk.
Doors
Doors are sold as shell only. The panel, regulator and the railings are sold separate. A special request can be made for special doors for high end vehicles. However, we will not match the interiors of the vehicle when a inner door panel is included. Side view mirrors are not included with the door, they are sold separately and we warranty only on the Door Shell not on the accessories.
Drive Shaft
Drive shaft is sold as per the weld to weld measurement provided by the Customer however we don't warranty on the U-joint, Slip yoke or center bearing.
Modules
Any computers or modules are confirmed to have the correct part. Any electrical item has a onetime replacement warranty only. These modules and computers may need to be Reprogramed from the dealer or a ASC certified mechanic in case of defect. If there is no result of the defect with a print copy, the modules cannot be accepted for a return, or there will be a 30% Restocking fees.
Exhaust Manifold
The catalytic convertor is sold only if its integrate with a manifold.
Engine
Engines are sold as an assemblies with manifolds, timing cover , belts, oil pan, fuel injectors or carburetors, gaskets and other accessories but we warranty only on the long block, All accessories like . Turbo. Water Pump, manifolds, timing cover , belts, oil pan, fuel injectors or carburetors, gaskets, hoses etc, Needs to be replaced if it required for better performance of the engine..
Fuel Pump
The fuel pumps are sold as the whole unit.
Fuel Tank
Fuel tanks are sold as is without the fuel pump or sending unit. There won't be any cracks or damages to the tank.
Grille
The part is sold based on the car that wants the grille. There is no emblem guaranteed with it.
Header panel
The header panel is sold as a bare header panel, the lights, fog lamps and turn signals do not go with it. However, ordering for a complete header panel will cost extra based on the car. Please be advised that the grille does not come with the header panel. The grille is sold separate.
Headlights
The headlights are sold without the bulbs and The Auto Part Store is not responsible for the damaged bezel as it is not under warranty. However, if the customer orders a HID, we give the complete headlight with the bulbs, ballast, module and the igniter. It goes as a complete assembly.
Heater controls
The unit is sold as per Customer's specification. Should there be no markings on the buttons, the part will not be returned for a refund, unless it's deemed defective.
Ignition Switch
This unit is sold without the wiring harness. There is no key attached with the ignition switch.
Instrument Cluster
The clusters are sold based on the specification of a car. There is not warranty on the miles that is recorded on the cluster. Certain vehicles need reprogramming.
Side View Mirrors
The side view mirrors are sold as per Customer's specification. Please note, we do not match the shade of the color of the vehicle. The customers are requested to paint it according to the shade of the car color.
Rear view Mirror
These are basic mirrors only, we do not sell rearview with open and close garage doors or gates.
Oil Pan
The oil pan is sold on customer's request. There shall be specification shared for the correct oil pan.
Quarter Panel
This part needs to be ready with an exact cut sheet measurement. The customer is to be sure of the marking that is needs to be cut in order for us to ship the unit.
Steering Rack and Pinion
The part is sold as per Customer's specification but we do not warranty or Guarantee on Tie Rod.
Radiators or Condenser Cooling Fan Assembly
The fan assembly is sold as a separate unit and does not go with the Radiator or Condenser.
Radiator Fan
The fan is sold as a separate unit and does not go with the radiator. The motor for the fan needs to be bough separate. However, the motor is not covered under warranty if it is defective.
Roof
The assembly is sold as a standard roof. Please be advised, that the sunroof and the motor and the glass do not come with the assembly, these are sold separate. However, a customer can place a special request. These are SOLD AS IS ( NO RETURNS )
Spindle/Knuckles
The Spindle/Knuckles is sold as unit but we do not warranty or Guarantee on Hub or the Bearing.
Spoiler Front and Rear
The spoiler in the front is sold without any hardware and the rear spoiler is sold without the lights or the reflectors.
Stabilizer Bar
The unit is sold with the correct measurements. The measurement need to be matched.
Steering column
The Steering column is sold as a unit with the column switch and Key however we do not warranty or Guarantee on the steering wheel or the intermediate shaft
Steering Knuckle
This unit tends to have surface rust.
Steering Pumps
The pumps are confirmed to function when installed. However, we do not warranty or Guarantee on the Pulley , Brackets , hoses or sensors.
Strut
The unit is sold as is with the spring.
Sunroof Motor
The motor is sold without the railing. If the motor is defective, we will gladly replace it.
Tail Light
This item is sold with or without the bezel. Irrespective, the bezel is not under warranty.
Tailgate/Trunk lid
These units are sold without the lock mechanism or the hardware or hinges. The inner panel as subject to special request.
Torque Convertor
The torque convertor is for auto transmission and do not include flywheel which is for manual transmission.
Transfer Case
The case is sold as a complete unit. However, we do not warranty on the U joints or rubber joints. We make sure that the flange is not bent before sold. Some transfer cases come with sensors and we do not warranty on sensors.
Transmission
The transmission is guaranteed to shift gears and bearings to be good. The oil pan and oil filter needs to be replaced before installation. Flush out all the liquid and from test cooler lines. The torque convertor needs to be fully engaged to the front pump. all seals or gasket we suggest the customer to replace it, For manual transmission a new clutch needs to be installed along with the pressure plate and slave cylinder. The flywheel must be turned once before installation.
Turn Signal
The unit is sold with or without the bulb as it is not under warranty. The turn signal does not come with the bezel or chrome trim.
Window Motor and Regulator
The unit is sold separate. The regulator does not go with the motor and the motor does not go with the regulator.
Wheels
The wheels are sold based on the specification. The wheels do not come with the wheel cover or cap. The wheels will have rust based on the age of the vehicle.
Window Switch
The switch is sold as a whole unit. We do not sell for a specific command of the door.
Windshield Wiper Motor
The motor is sold without the wiper arms. If it's defective other than just the motor, we will be happy to replace it.
