All Auto And Truck Parts Inc

Effective Date: July 2026
At All Auto And Truck Parts Inc, we work to get every part to you securely and on schedule. This policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and handled in the event of delays, damage, or delivery issues. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Order Processing
- Orders are processed and prepared for shipment after payment confirmation.
- Standard shipping timeframe: 3–7 business days, depending on part type, availability, and destination.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.
2. Shipping Methods & Carriers
- Small parts and accessories typically ship via ground parcel carriers.
- Engines, transmissions, axles, and other heavy or oversized parts typically ship via LTL (Less Than Truckload) freight carriers.
- A tracking number is provided once your order has been dispatched.
3. Shipping Costs & Adjustments
- Shipping charges are based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the part.
- Prices may be adjusted to reflect carrier fuel surcharges, oversized item fees, or special handling requirements not known at the time of initial quote.
- Any additional carrier-imposed charges are the customer's responsibility unless caused by a verified error on our part.
4. Liftgate Service
Freight deliveries of heavy parts (engines, transmissions, axles, etc.) generally require a forklift or loading dock to unload.
- If a liftgate service is required at delivery and no forklift is available, the customer will be charged for liftgate use.
- Failure to pay applicable liftgate fees will void the part's warranty.
- To avoid liftgate charges, please confirm at checkout or with our team whether your delivery location has proper unloading equipment.
5. Delivery Inspection
- Please inspect your shipment at the time of delivery, before signing for it, whenever possible.
- Any visible damage should be noted on the delivery receipt/Bill of Lading, and photographed immediately.
- Defective or damaged shipments must be reported to us immediately upon receipt — before initiating any dispute or chargeback with your payment provider. See our Return & Refund Policy for full details on reporting damaged shipments.
6. Address Accuracy
- Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address, including any business name, suite/unit number, and a valid contact phone number.
- We are not responsible for delivery delays or misdeliveries resulting from incomplete or incorrect address information provided at checkout.
- Address changes requested after an order has shipped may incur carrier rerouting fees, which are the customer's responsibility.
7. Carrier Delays
Once a part leaves our facility, transit time is managed by the shipping carrier. Delays caused by carriers are not within our liability; however, we will work with you and the carrier to help resolve any delivery issues that arise, including tracking concerns or missed delivery windows.
8. Risk of Loss
Risk of loss transfers to the customer once a shipment is marked as delivered by the carrier. Claims for loss or theft occurring after delivery should be directed to the carrier, though we're happy to assist in facilitating that process.
9. Coverage Area
We ship to addresses within the United States. For shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, or international destinations, please contact us directly at 1-877-314-1621 to confirm availability and rates before placing your order.
